    It’s wonderful seeing religious women donning the full habit.

    Although, I have never been able to understand why the vocations of nuns (sisters) and monks (brothers), aren’t considered sacraments.

    • Holy orders are a sacrament, but I don’t know if that applies only to priests or to monks/brothers and sisters/nuns as well.

        Growing up, I use to think they were. Then, a few years ago, I found out that they’re not. They’re not ‘ a part’ of Holy Orders or any of the Sacraments (strictly speaking).

        For some reason, I was kinda sad when I found that out. 😦

  2. This is a great video. Religious life is far from boring. I’m glad Sister Margaret emphasized the centrality of the prayer life. It is very stabilizing, no matter what our vocation is.

    • Exactly. A life of prayer is for all of us, not just clergy/religious.
