Put Another Log on the Fire…

I bet a lot of you ladies can relate to this woman (and probably have felt like following her example!):

Yes, men just don’t get it sometimes, do they? Thanks, ladies, for putting up with us. 🙂

  1. thankfully, many of us are NOT putting up with you:) Geez, this song seems to come from out of my past. I still love it:)

    • LOL! Some men shouldn’t be put up with.

  2. To funny!!

    • It sure is. The Muppet Show was terrific! Ah the good old days…

  3. My dad loved the Muppets and skits like this are the reason. Thanks for posting this. Good, clean fun is in short supply.

I love men, even when they are obtuse. Good, healthy relationships means we can laugh at ourselves and there’s plenty to laugh at between men and women.

    • The Muppets were the best. Jim Henson (RIP) sure brought a lot of smiles with his amazing creativity.

And yes, we should all be able to laugh at ourselves, and you’re absolutely right that relationships between the sexes provide plenty to laugh about!

  4. Ha! Love this! Thanks for my weekly laugh. After the day I had today, I needed it. 🙂

    • Glad that it helped cheer you up!

  5. Loved it. Thanks!

  6. I just knew this would be the song! I remember this from years ago. It was originally done by Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson on a compilation album called The Outlaws on which they sang with Jessi Coulter, Waylon’s wife, and Tompall Glaser. This is outrageously funny, and a true blast from my past. Thanks for posting!

    • It’s really funny. I love how Jim Henson take stuff like that and pair it up with the Muppets to make it ever funnier or more entertaining. Thanks for the info about the song. I was wondering who had written it.
