Sabbath Moments

Each Saturday, visit Colleen Spiro’s blog “Thoughts on Grace” for Sabbath Moments, where she and others share about those special times when you just stop and enjoy God’s gifts to us–the people and things around us–in the present moment.

Here’s a short but moving video about the importance of the holy Eucharist. John Michael Talbot’s song “I Am the Bread of Life” greatly adds to the poignancy.

May we never take the mass for granted or let it become perfunctory. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for the precious gift of your body and blood.

  1. So glad you’re joining us on Saturdays for Sabbath Moments. We must encourage each other on the journey to heaven. Today I was thinking that even if I never meet my fellow Catholic bloggers in this world, we will know one another in paradise.

    • I’m glad to join you!

  2. Thank you for sharing this beautiful Sabbath Moment with us.
